Cole spent years in shelter struggling with various ailments and barriers that kept him from moving into housing. After patient encouragement from our case managers, Cole began working with the case managers at The Road Home’s-Palmer Court which provides housing opportunities for people who have experienced long term homelessness. Through the encouragement of his case managers at Palmer Court, Cole felt assured that the steps he was taking would help him find a home of his own. He has worked on his housing application and is now one step closer to moving home.
