A phased redevelopment of the six-acre Palmer Court site, investing in the long-term future of the neighborhood.
The Road Home is leading a phased redevelopment of the six-acre Palmer Court site to create additional housing opportunities and invest in the long-term future of the neighborhood. The first phase, The Edward, will create 187 new supportive housing units through a partnership between The Road Home and First Step House. Future phases will create additional affordable and mixed-income housing opportunities over time.
