The Family Street Outreach Team supports families experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake County – meeting families where they are, building trusting relationships, and helping connect them with safe shelter, housing resources, and other supports to help them move toward stability.

Outreach staff provide individualized case management and help families navigate resources and address immediate needs.

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

-Emergency shelter and housing resources

-Food, clothing, hygiene items, and other basic needs

-Vital documents and benefits assistance

-Employment and workforce resources

-Mental and behavioral health services

-Health care and community resources

-School enrollment and attendance support

-Transportation assistance
