Celeste Eggert was appointed as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer in April 2025. She also worked at The Road Home from 2007 to 2017, including as Development Director for over a decade. In the interim, Celeste served as VP and Chief Development Officer for 7 years at a homeless services agency in Texas. She has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Integral Studies degree from St. Mary’s College of California.
