Mike Young serves as the Deputy Director of Crisis Services, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for The Road Home’s emergency shelter operations. In this role, Mike guides a team dedicated to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness, ensuring that services are responsive, equitable, and grounded in dignity. Mike joined The Road Home in 2013, holds a Master of Science in International Affairs from the University of Utah and is committed to advancing community-based solutions that reduce barriers and promote long-term stability.
