The Road Home helps people move home by building relationships and breaking down barriers.

Michelle Eining is Chief Deputy Director, guiding a team focused on quality, performance, and technology. She has been with The Road Home since 1994 and has a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Utah. Michelle led the initial implementation of Utah’s statewide Homeless Management Information System (UHMIS), and she provides oversight for all government grants and contracts, currently 63 with 23 different funding entities.
