The Road Home – Midvale Family Resource Center is seeking a highly motivated individual who is committed, compassionate, willing to be challenged, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We, at The Road Home, believe that the people we serve deserve our best every day.

The Program Improvement Clinician will work as a part of the collaborative interdisciplinary team to provide direct behavioral health services to families; including assessments and crisis intervention. They will assist families in addressing behavioral health concerns with the aim of achieving stability in housing and becoming more self-sufficient and improving quality of life.

This position will oversee our existing system for gathering and incorporating guest feedback in onsite programming. They will provide high-quality services to families seeking shelter at The Road Home, helping to ensure a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
